Terrible customer service! The girl working the register wouldn't get off the phone to ring up the purchases. She literally took 5 design orders telling them it would take 20 minutes, mean while she's gossiping on the phone and I could hear her talk about how bad management was there. Saying they hide in the back. I really hope they have audio recording. I would have honestly never bought the hat from that store. If I had the time I would have just ordered online. After seeing she was not going to get to my hat, she was so upset I asked for a refund. She was clearly not going to be able to complete the hat designs. But, she will sire take your money and make you stand there while she's on the phone. It was baaaaad ?

Poor customer service, personal acted as if they hated their jobs, definitely didn’t feel as any money spent there was worth it. When I expressed to them how unsatisfied I was with a stitching job they acted as if their personal work was a factor of the poorly executed stitching, rather than offer any way to fix it they said it’s because of the font and outline, to indicate if they knew it wasn’t a good choice but didn’t say anything from the get. NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!

The dike lady/guy is very rude I went and there was a break in I guess and I asked if I could still shop and she said caint you tell I’m dealing with something right now and was rolling her/his eyes just sitting on the phone y’all should consider hiring people that love their job and are happy to deal with customers no matter the circumstances and I’m new to town and was very excited to look around my new local lids! Terrible

If I good give zero stars I would the disrespect that I receive based on the color of my skin. Treated as if I was a nobody everyone else was greeted in the store but me the terrible customer service from the the girl working the front to the guy in store even the manager totally disregard what I explained to her about the service instead being told I could leave the store. As a business owner my self I know what customer service should look like no one should be treated as if they are not there terrible. Front desk girl says “he’s a kid” the boy is old enough to speak so he is old enough to be told when he is wrong that’s the problem with our youth no respect for people. An I’m 23 years old so that should be saying something the manager should be demoted because of her lack of training for the staff and the disregard to someone complaints. Completely unacceptable front desk girl with glasses short and stubby and the young man needs some training if they want to be successful.

Went to get try on fifty-nine fifty hats to get an idea of what size i needed, cause I found one on line that I planned to order and was unsure of the right size for me. The staff was very friendly and helped me find the right fit. Great experience

Always busy, lots of shoppers from NM, a little sketchy sometimes but overall it is a decent mall. My go to places here are Dillards, Bath & Body, Victoria's Secret, Zumies, Journey's, Penny's and Hot Topic.

My mother and I were going to Dillard's. I let her out at the front of the store so I could park the car. As soon as I pulled away, two men ran in front of my car in a big hurry. When I parked the car, I looked for mom and saw that the two men were assisting my mother who fell in the parking lot. It had not been 15 seconds since I dropped her off that those wonderful men ran to help her. Fortunately, she was not injured badly but they stayed with her until security came to give her aid. One of the men even took his glove off to put under her head. I think that they worked in construction on the building. People say it's a devil's world right now but not at the South Plains Mall. They only have angels working construction and security! Thank you for all that you did that day--we will never forget you!
