I have never had a more exceptional experience at a dental office. This practice will undoubtedly be my long-term dental care provider. The dentist exhibited extraordinary patience, surpassing any other dental professional I have encountered. I am deeply grateful for their expertise and care. Following a tooth extraction procedure, I was anxious initially, but the staff successfully alleviated my concerns and ensured a painless experience. Best experience!

There the only one that offers the VIP services which is a good deal in my opinion!👍🏼

I usually don’t look forward to going to the dentist, but Dr. Sutak and Kaci completely changed that for me. They were both so friendly, gentle, and made me feel totally at ease. I left feeling well taken care of and genuinely thankful for how kind and professional they were. I highly recommend their services.

My first visit was amazing! It was very easy to make an appointment, as I spoke to Tina on the phone and she was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facility itself is very well kept and has a comfortable atmosphere. They have a lounge area where you can grab a drink, and a play area for kiddos! The exam rooms have TVs, so you can have a nice distraction while being evaluated. I'm looking forward to my next visit when I will finally get a bothersome tooth removed! I highly recommend this place and I will be bringing the rest of my family here.

We were vacationing in Lubbock when my husband started having tooth pain. He couldn't sleep and his jaw was swollen. We called Dr. Sutak's office and they were able to get him in for an emergency visit. After x-rays, a root canal and removal of infection around the tooth, my husband left the office pain-free and his tooth and crown were saved. Dr. Sutak listened to my husband's concerns and questions. He communicated each step in the process and gave him a treatment plan for his at-home care. The office staff was extremely courteous and caring. This is a great dental office and we highly recommend this amazing dentist to anyone who needs dental care.

Detailed accounting for those who have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist - I believe it was the best experience I've had with a new patient exam and x-rays. I am 40 and lived all over so I've had a few different dentists in life.
It was not that the others I've visited did anything wrong exactly (for the most part) but lone star smiles stands out far above the rest. It's the small things that make you feel welcome. They managed to make the sterile environment seem warm still.
There are really fancy pens at the front desk. First thing I noticed. They were all too happy to offer me one both colors to keep. I love fancy pens it was delightful. And it cut anxiety because it diverted the focus from where I was.
They have a small little waiting room away from the lobby stocked with drinks and snacks. Even hot herbal teas if coffee didn't seem appealing. It seemed to distance my mind from where I was because it physically felt like a separate space.
Staff was very friendly and seemed happy and relaxed. I had a bad experience once walking into a dental office and the staff was obviously walking in egg shells and it was clear there was conflict behind the scenes. That kind of thing will set your anxiety off pretty badly. It is really important for the overall energy of a place and it the more relaxed they are the more relaxed you are.
Their x-ray process is efficient and I did not have any discomfort. They even offer you a warm blanket! I was very surprised by this touch. The visit was better than expected
So I recommend lone star smiles for others who are anxious. It seems like they put a lot of thought into making it nicer for people who are.

My son recently suffered a bike accident that lead to the breaking of his two front teeth. During a tragic moment for my small family, Lonestar Smiles came in with the save. They took my son in the very next day and provided the absolute best care and service. From the minute we entered the doors, we received the best treatment and met some of the kindest people.
Dr. Sutak did an EXCELLENT job repairing my son’s teeth and had a great bedside manner! He worked through his lunch break to ensure that my son was taken care of. He is the BEST dentist I have ever encountered. His staff is very professional and accommodating as well. We will continue to see Dr. Sutak for all our dental needs as he is clearly the best!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sutak and his amazing staff! They went above and beyond to fit my nephew in for emergency dental work on short notice, even working through their lunch break to accommodate him.
Dr. Sutak is incredibly thorough and professional, but what truly stands out is his compassion and care towards his patients. He took the time to explain everything and made my nephew feel completely relaxed and at ease during the procedure. It’s clear that he genuinely cares for his patients!
