This used to be my favorite loves location. I live in Lubbock and it was handy to get repair work done here. The good guys I used get service with here are no longer here. This new staff does as little as possible. I have come here three days in a row trying to get an oil change and possible front brakes. All three days they have told me they would get me in within a couple of hours and then when I went to check with them a few hours later when they did not call me, they said oh it would be tomorrow. It is becoming very obvious that loves did not appreciate all the years. I’ve come to their shop here and no longer wants my business. I would recommend everyone avoid this shop at all costs and I will be making yet another YouTube video about my horrible experience with loves

Went there to subway. That girl that attended me was giving me dirty looks like she doesnt like her job. Acting all weird and even shaking, As a frecuent customer she acted weird trying to acuse me of stealing 2 bags of chips. When litteraly i pull out all the money in my wallet showing her i wanted to pay for for what i was ordering. Bad service, was told to leave by another man. That scorted me to the door. This man is kind acting weird looking everywhere like if he is looking to call the police, with his phone in his hands. Kind of taking pics all weird. Bad service, im dissapoited as a customer

Well we stopped here and went to Chester's and the kid at the cash register was giving us dirty looks like he hated his job or we stoled his car or somethinghe should find a new job!!! and then they forgot our biscuits and then this morning went to subway and got a sandwich and opened the bag up to find two use napkins in the bag with my food descusting..the showeres were clean people up front were friendly and smiling

Maybe it is just me, however Love's just seems a bit pricey. Other than that they are always clean. Cashiers are helpful.

If you're a trucker, don't go to this truck stop, they let drivers sit in the fuel pumps without fueling every time I've gone there. All the fuel Islands are filled up with people not getting fuel and they won't do anything about it.

Could be a bit selfish but I share this area for everyone. This place is one of well maintained, clean and awesome loves stops. Employees were kind and shower room was so clean.. five stars!
