The staff was amazing and so sweet! I didn't know what was wrong with my key fob. He took it to the back. Brought it back quickly. Needed a battery. I know it was a simple fix but the service from everyone was amazing. Every customer that was there was treated with the up most respect.

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Lubbock Lock & Key. After purchasing a new home, I called them to re-key all of my doors, and from start to finish, the experience was excellent.
The lady who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and got me scheduled quickly. My locksmith, Will, arrived right on time and was just as wonderful—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while explaining everything he was doing. It’s clear this business values customer service and attention to detail. Everyone I interacted with was kind and genuinely helpful, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. '
On top of the great service, their pricing was very reasonable for the work I needed done. I would absolutely use Lubbock Lock & Key again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable locksmith services.
