Every single time I come to the drive thru I seem to get helped by Lourdes. I adore her! Coming to the bank isn't always a good thing when you have to give your money away to somebody else "the bills" but Lourdes makes my day!

I love my bank but ever since they moved across the street , the tellers are not helpful at all and when having an issue, they do speak to their supervisor whom also doesn’t help either . I have to go to a different location every time to get my business completed which makes it very inconvenient. I don’t understand how one location can be helpful but this one will not conduct or help me do what complete what I need to have done , if they are done by the same company . They need to get on the same page . Don’t recommend this location. Save your time and energy and go to the one 50th and Memphis . ?

Pretty good service, tellers are nice enough. They seem understaffed and it can be a long wait though.
