My wife and I are new to the area and were denied opening a bank account because she didn't have a picture with a signature. She had her green card, social security card with signature and deed to our home paperwork with a signature. I found it amazing no other bank had a problem with any of the identification provided. I will never bank with them or recomend then to anyone. Do your own research and make up your own mind. I'm just posting my experience.

Caleb Ramirez is the absolute best. I own a few companies and bank with LNB for all of them. Caleb has always taken great care of me, being extremely helpful in anything I ever need. Caleb is a huge asset to the bank.

Don’t be fooled - this is NOT a local bank. Use a bank with 24 hour customer service (or at least a 24 hour card center!!). Closing my account this week. Shame.

Not enough employees to handle the demand at this location. I came in wanting to open and account and was told I had 4 others waiting on front of me and it would be at least 45 minutes to an hour before I could speak with anyone. I guess they have enough business so I will take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend this location.

Been a New Customer less than a month. They offer some of the Highest CD & Savings Interest rates available. Tired of several years of earning almost zero Interest at the Larger Brick and Mortar Banks. Actually have Customer Service, which has been appreciated.

Amarillo national bank takeover of LNB has need a complete disaster. No one communicates within the organization. I miss the original LNB.

inconvenient, not many locations, one of which is remodeling currently and is out of service. it is a problem when you need to contact them or require to be in person to sign papers. was out of town and a $30 charge turned into a $72 charge while i was busy at work.

Spoke with a girl in Fraud about a Fraudulent charge from Netflix coming out of my account since Nov. 2021 and she adv me they could go back to Feb. 2022 and credit the account back since this was not my Netflix account. Got a letter stating they denied my fraud case. Then the other representative tried to tell me I was lying.

I love LNB great place to bank but let me shed some light. I came into the branch and was having a crazy day and was having some issues and I met the 2 most down to earth personal bankers Alyssa and Mia. They are amazing people they made me feel like I was talking to my best friends. They resolved all my issues and in a very timly manner. Definitely above and beyond and class A customer service. Moral too the story if ya need a personal banker this is the place to go.

Awful customer service, I called like 6 times at multiple locations (119th and quaker, then 34th) trying to reach someone about opening up a checking account. I finally reached someone by the name of haley at 34th she transferred me to the correct bank I needed to speak to and as soon as I was transferred they sent me to voicemail for the 3rd time. If this is a representation of how their customer service is I will bank with Lubbock National. Very disappointed.
