I have had nothing but pleasant visits & exchanges with Lubbock Sports Medicine. They are accommodating in every way. Dr. Shepherd is professional, never seems rushed(although I know he is so busy), always answers any questions & explains well. They give me plenty of reminders of appts.which I need.

Everyone was friendly, Dr Simpson was amazing he took the time to explain everything to me. He really cares about his patient's and doesn't judge you about your size. I highly recommend you give this place a try.

Staff is very friendly Dr Flores is very attentive and caring,however my appointment was 1:45 and didn’t get seen till one hr thirty minutes of waiting, could improve.
