II went to Lube Pro and got a oil change ( I have been going to these professionals for almost 6 plus years) and these professionals let me drive off there lot without tightening my oil filter and oil was spewing all underneath my car and I went to another oil change company after about 30 days .. that’s when I found out about the oil spewing on the bottom of car ( I am not a mechanic) to get another oil change done because my car seemed to be losing oil .and I had to keep purchasing oil to put in my car.. I informed these professionals of what was done and I even recorded him on video telling me that he was going to review his cameras 2 below the car and 1 on top and if he suspected that it was completed incorrectly that he would give me 80 for the other oil change from me going to another company to get a oil change done. I even have the voicemail of this company telling me to come and get my 80 ( which I refused to go get because they should pay for ruining my engine). I informed these professionals. The owner in fact and I have a recording of him refusing to pay for his mistake. WHY THOUGH.. now I have to pay for a lawyer and go to court .. meanwhile I am driving the only car I have to drive and it’s on its last miles .. no telling when my car will lock down completely.. why are people unwilling to pay for the mistakes they make .. even after admitting fault that it was their mistake.. I do not support this at all

This is where we take all our vehicles. Service is always done quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. But what we really come for is the customer service. All the guys are great. They are nice and respectful. And always give my daughter a lollipop.

I always have a good experience at Lube Pro. They’re quick, friendly, and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Prices are fair and they treat you right. It’s nice having a place I can actually trust for oil changes!

Seriously the kindest team of car professionals I’ve ever dealt with. After a horrible experience elsewhere, Jared and his team got me right in, went above and beyond in addressing my problem and made me feel heard and taken care of. They did so with smiles on their faces and were just so kind. 100% will be back.

I absolutely adore these guys. They are always so very kind. Every time we go immediately notice that I have kiddos in the car and have fun talking to them as well. They never make me feel like I'm stupid or don't know what they are referring to when they are telling me what is going on with my car and always ask if I would like services done instead of just doing and giving me a bill. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us. I will never go anywhere else ever ever ever!!!!

This is the only place we will take our cars for oil changes. The price is great but the employees are the best part! So friendly, they do a great job, and are quick!!!

I have used Lube Pro for a number of years and have been extremely satisfied. Great service, friendly people that are always willing to answer any questions, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!!

Texas no longer requires yearly inspection but that is no reason to not use these fine professionals for your automotive needs. The staff was quick and courteous and went beyond what any other oil change place in Lubbock would.
