Overall experience was good except for the tap house, the young man bar tending needs to work on customer service. His greeting was a heads up and what's up, my wife questioned serving the amount of her wine and he responded "well this isn't your house" and kept calling me my man like I knew this guy. I was expecting better service considering it was $15 for 2 drinks but whatever now we know.

Hot bar has really gone down hill. Serving raw doughy biscuits but burnt on the outside. Sausage and bacon burnt or raw, eggs that don’t look or taste like eggs. Oh and all the bioengineered labels on all their food now. So ya, I’m over market street. They are owned by some big grocery chain so they gave up a long time ago. All they are focusing on is money.

It's a great place, but why have parking for persons with limited mobility next to a door that doesn't open. Had to walk to the front of the building anyway. And part of the walk doesn't have a sidewalk to walk on so I had to go between the wall and a car.

As a former Employee of The United Supermarkets Corporation, who worked at the Corporate office in Lubbock…. The United Family has always exceeded my expectations as a place of Employment, and for its overall energy and humanity. My father is still employed with United Supermarkets after 15 years of service, and at the age of 85. Working at United is literally the Highlight of his week, all the time. All that to just extend myself in gratitude to the Employees at Market Street on 98th & Quaker, for helping me this past Saturday, during my visit. My toddler son, had at some point lost his little stuffed Koala Bear, which he has carried with him since birth. We noticed it went missing, while our groceries were being placed in our car.I was with my teen son and my toddler, and the three of us went back to search the Supermarket for any signs of my little one’s stuffed buddy, and we could not find it, anywhere. We searched 4 times.Of course while my toddler was having a meltdown, I also was experiencing worry and anxiety, because I had no idea if we would ever find it again. I didn’t know how my son would be fully comforted, if he didn’t have his little stuffed buddy with him, anymore. So, I reported my concern to a young lady named Bayleigh, who expressed immediate concern for our situation, and quickly took down my name and phone number. She told me that she would notify staff, and call me, as soon as they find my sons stuffed koala.Low and behold, she must have rounded a search party, because, roughly about 20 minutes from when we left the driveway, she called me, and informed me that my son’s Buddy had been found. We couldn’t find it, after searching the entire store 4 times. But they did.I rushed back to the store, and a group of employees greeted me, including Kaden, the young man, who had been the one to find my son’s stuffed Koala.I know the situation seems like something small, and unimportant, but it truly makes a world of difference.Thank you so much, to everyone, who took their time to care, and do this for my son.Thank you Bayleigh for being a sweetheart, and being so responsive, and thank you to Kaden for being the hero of the day.I appreciate you all, and I appreciate the United Family, as a whole, for having us, and serving to our needs, for all these years. Thank you so very much, for everything.

Good place for lunch a little bit pricey, and some days staff has the eating area clean some days not so much but no fault of the entire store just need to do some more training, otherwise a great clean store

I bought four packages of top round to make beef jerky, over $40 worth. I've never seen round with so much fat, come to find out it was brisket they had cut up and arranged to look like round roast. Very deceptive SCAM. Horrible way to treat people. Can not make jerky out of brisket it's too fatty I ground it up for dog food.

No more salad bar :( said it was “due to Covid” yet the soups are still out in the same way. The prepackaged salads are half the size, for double the price. I think I see the real reason they took away the salad bar.

I don’t appreciate the poor customer service shown by multiple employees in the delicatessen. I shop at this location near daily and each time I approach the deli counter I attempt to use the provided item ordering slips to write my desired items down so that I may continue shopping while my order is filled. The order slips are not kept in plain sight and when I seek out and grab one the employees treat me with an obvious disdain. If I request a writing utensil I am met with aggravation and an absolute rude attitude. I’m unsure who the manager of this department is but I believe they need to be aware of this continuing issue. Various other departments within this store congenially welcome my item requests, as they should. Is guest service and satisfaction not a top priority?

How fast we forget good cleanness. In the food court area the dinning tables are rarely cleaned. I just cleaned the table and it was horrible.See for yourself.

I realized, sometimes I'm quick to review a low performer than to praise a high performer! So here goes. Specifically the delii & meat market....I love Boarshead. This deli always has my Boarshead bologna and filet of roast beef in stock. I like very thin cuts. They give me my thin cuts (without complaining...another deli gal/ another United griped the whole time she did my cuts). In a nutshell, consistency. I get what I ask for, the way I want.Meat Market...Filets are expensive, any way you cut it (pun intended). I buy my filets here, prime. I needed a family quantity and they didn't have enough cut. They brought out a fresh selection, trimmed it and gave me a choice of the new meats. It's great to be just treated as a customer again these days.Yes, I love shopping here....BTW, it's 34 miles round trip from Ransom to get here...

Cheyenne is our favorite bartender! She’s fun and knows her customers. We love her so much that we named our tabby kitten, Cheyenne! (Cheyenne, on the right, with his brother, Dozier.

Nothing like being able to enjoy a mimosa and do shopping at the same time. Love my bartenders and checkers! Awesome crew.
