Do not take your car there if you need your ac fixed mine was there twice this past month went out again on the second time it should’ve been fixed the 2 times it’s been there more than likely will not take my vehicle there for any repairs.

They didn’t even tell me what was wrong with my car all they said was my aftermarket cam shaft was making all my problems. I came in asking to see if my u joints or tie rods and spark plugs are bad but they didn’t even tell me nothing about it. Which in fact I asked for a full vehicle Diagnostic and they didn’t even tell me nothing but just that my cam was causing problems with things that are not even associated with the motor. Left me without a car for 3 days just for them to say this. Would not recommend this place if you have aftermarket parts

If you are in Lubbock this is the shop to go to. All the techs were extremely helpful. On a road trip and our car was having issues over the weekend. We waited until Monday morning and they helped us right away and figured it out. Can’t find service like this anymore. 100% recommend we are so thankful we found Meineke!

I have had several brake jobs done at this shop but apparently the last one they did only lasted a year and a half and they were not willing to budge on any discounts or taking care of a good customer. A complete brake job should last more than 20 months and if it doesn't you should stand behind it but all I got was everything's warrantied for 12 months or 12,000 miles.

Quick and easy to deal with, the gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable and friendly. They called to let me know what they needed to do to fix my car and got it repaired very quickly.
