Horrible service I gt a internet box second one and after I took it home it was completely blank I took it back they had me leave it for two hrs i went back they said they had to order one a week later I go pick it up taje it home and it had no sims card I took it back the Spanish lady was very rude and mouthy and tried to make me pay an additional $33 for what I don’t know when the first device I bought never even worked. The service is horrible I will not be back. I recommend hiring staff tht actually don’t mind doing their job. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star

Absolute terrible service by the ladies in the store Very rude, disrespectful, and doesn’t deserve a paycheck for the service provided. This was around 6:30 today. Disgraceful. I would never be that rude and they are very lazy in the store.

I bought a phone and 4 days later the screen just truned black i went in to store and they said they dont have that phone at the moment and cant give me another one i have to wait till the shipment comes but it can take a while 15 days so i been without i phone yet i paid a monthly bill and only had a phone for 4 days
