Chealsi and Brittany.. I just wanted to say thank you again. I am loving my new phones. If anyone needs exactly service please come to this location for assistance. These lady's can help you and answer any questions you may have. If they can't then they will jump on the phone ASAP to get the answers you need. Great prices great employees!

Had problems with my phone took it in ,Chelsea helped me with it . She talked to customer service and got it fixed . Super excited that it is working fine now . Great service I will go back .

Went into the store to get a couple new phones,(have been a customer for YEARS). We were told that they could get us 4 new phones cheaper than 2, so we went with that .. then the lady, while on the phone with the district manager, said if we do 2 separate plans, we can save even more, it would be around 320 bucks out the door. So we get the first plan done, they rang up these cheap phones($175), and turn around and try to charge us $420 for the 2 we originally went in for, which we were told would be less than 300. The manager , on speakerphone, refused to refund the first transaction, stating "if you can't afford phones for your kids you shouldn't be shopping for phones", and told the clerk that if she refunded us it was coming out of her paycheck. There is nothing more to the story, we were polite, but I feel like we were stolen from. Misled on the pricing, then refused a refund for their mistake. This SUCKS!
