Went in a few days ago and the girl worker with the ghetto tattoos Sara was rude! The was she talks to you is so pushy and arrogant! I will be going to another metro. I choose to spend money with this company at least you could hire someone that wasn’t so rude.It stinks in this store like a skunk sprayed it!Learn respect

Help here was outstanding. Went in with a broken phone only had for two weeks. I broken it but to the point it couldn't be fixed. They set me up with an affordable alternative. The young lady that helped me was very nice and super fast getting me in a new phone and out the door.

Unbelievable, pay your phone bill , it is not applied! You reach out to the store, and the rep Monica , is rude and say that she is , the only one you can speak with ! Would not give Corporate number or district Mgr number above her! Very unprofessional!A sad way to rip off a single mother, that is struggling!

If I could give it no stars I would! My parents have been having trouble getting good service since they switched to Metro. Five days in they went to the store to get a refund but they were talked into letting them try a few things to see if it would work. Okay, well at the 7 day period it still didn't work, they were sent to this store to get the help they needed for a refund and had the worst customer service with Savannah (sp)! My Mom made the comment that Metro is basically stealing from people because they don't stick to their word and Savannah said “yes if that's what you want to call itâ€. She was so rude and hateful the whole time! Who does that and what company allows that kind of customer service! My parents are a little older, live in a rural area and have heath issues, they can't be without good working phones - what a cold hearted company!
