I wanted to give a shout out to Paul at the 114th street location, his customer service is exceptional. He made me feel like a valued customer and addressed my issues with my tires and wheels. Due to his attentiveness, and attention to detail, I will be resuming my membership. We need more people like Paul at every location!

This was my first time visiting this location. Not impressed. My car, which was barely dirty was still dirty after the wash. The guy they had in front with the brush barely touched the car, one small swipe across the front, windshield and back window. Literally one swipe on each part. Why have that position filled if it's not being done? Then the dry off part comes, and they are too busy flirting with each other instead of doing their jobs. They were mostly eye locked on each other the whole time charting not even paying attention to how slowly they were going and how little they were doing. Other locations do much better but I guess those positions here are just for appearances?
