Got my car 80% wash. This car wash doesn't clean my car very well and it wasn't very dirty. I have used them more than once and it is always the same result.

Arrived at 6:45 before closing but although it was before 7pm advertised closing time they had closed off the line thus no new cars could enter. There was no line although cars were still washing inside the stall. I called the direct store, the line for customer service hung up on me TWICE, the business office of course was closed. Basically they very easily arranged to automatically withdraw my monthly charge but much harder to cancel it now. That’s the second time I have gone out of my way and had to leave without a wash. Your hours are not consistent for your advertisement.

My wife and I both have the monthly auto charge for our vehicles. It's awesome being able to drive up and the gate opens and we drive right up to the wash. When you can come as often as you want it doesn't matter if it missed a little. The vacuums are great as well. The customer service is always top notch. Probably the best investment we've made. Especially in this dirt town!

The car wash was decent.No cover to park under to vacuum or wipe off car, so your car has streaks if you're trying to do this in the summer.Vacuuming was difficult as we had to go to 4 different ones just to vacuum the car.The good thing is they do offer window cleaner & towels free of charge to use.

First time here and never again for the price. It’s really a superficial wash. I was hoping for better but my car still has dirt on it. I rather wash it by hands.
