The elderly woman who operates this facility - solely by herself- LOVES DOGS . Yes she is stressed at times and relies on Donations to keep saving dogs . I am sorry she was rude when going to retrieve the donations . However I am mad that someone-possibly - stole her canister of donations ! NOW THAT WAS RUDE AND SINFUL - if that is actually what happened!!! Please donate whenever you can to her foundation . DOGS are incredible and she Loves them ! After all DOG is GOD spelled backward !!!

An elderly lady came into a place of business I was eating breakfast at. She was demanding, not asking, where the donations jar was for their business. Like the people working weren’t busy or anything. The way this elderly lady acted was so unprofessional and disrespectful. Hope this business takes better care of the animals they care for. Than the way she treats humans. I’d be worried for the animals.

This place is awful. Sallie is scamming people. Dog was brought to her unlawfully the owner was told she had to pay $1600+ to get dog back. Sallie knew the dog has an owner. Had renamed her and insisted the 13 yr old dog needed to be spayed and a tumor removed. The charged her for 2 different heartworm medications. Knowing nothing about the dog or making any attempt to find the owner first. All this things were so called required. The owner went to pay money and retrieve her dog Sallie still refused to give her back although she met the requirements. Sallie says the dog has to have the surgery before she's can have her back. The owner doesn't want the surgery because of the age and being advised not to by other clinics. We had to get local law enforcement involved and a civil suit will follow. She will steal your dog from LAS and try to charge $$$ to release your own dog back to you. Just another woman in Lubbock who has discovered she can pick up dogs and donations to 'look like" a nonprofit rescue and is actually the opposite. It's also funny she will not take any dogs ppl call her rescue for help with, but she will go to LAS to pick them up.

The woman who answered the phone was the rudest woman I've ever dealt with.She kept talking over me and wouldn't let me get a sentence out before very rudely scolding me and interrupting me. I'm a very polite women to other people especially on the phone. It's not that hard to be a decent person and not be negative and rude.

This woman is very hateful and rude. I just called about questions I’m trying to find abandoned
animals homes, and if she could just point me in the right direction of what to do and she just went into a whole spill about how I needed to make sure they were all medically cared for. I’m doing my best people keep dumping their dogs at my house cause I live in the country I’ve had six dogs dumped in the last year I’m saving their lives by providing them food and shelter . I can’t do much more than that that was crazy.

If old mean women had a club, Sallie Morris would be president.Volunteering for her is not pleasant, you will be called names and serve as her whipping post.I regret helping her with professional pictures for 5 years!!She does not know how to show appreciation to people who help her and her business.

Have had a great experience with MSH. Our rescue puppy is lovable and sweet. Sally let us bring our other dog to meet so we would see the compatibility.
