ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER VISITED (note I said visited and not stayed in because GROSS). My dad booked this hotel for he and I on the way out of lubbock. We had two nights booked and only stayed around 12 hours because it REEKED of smoke in a non-smoking room, the room was full of roaches, AND there were people dealing drugs in the parking lot. The most unsafe, unkept, and unsanitary hotel I have ever seen in my entire life. Had to reach out to hotels.com to try to get refunded for the night we didn’t stay, the manager said they wouldn’t charge us but ended up charging us anyway.

How to explain room 152… the overwhelming smell of urine and stale cigarette smoke was just the cream on the top, to The flooring, the wonderfully cleaned walls, missing smoke detector, holes in the walls, did I mention the odoriferous smell of urine? They tried to mask all the wonderful smells in the lobby with bleach.
