Posting on behalf of my Dad because he doesn't know how to give reviews haha. "When you see it, you have to share! I don’t have much experience with a mobile detail service. I was in need of one urgently and boy did Nick respond. It you ever need one, call this guy first at Mr. Magic. Prices are reasonable, impeccable customer service…and they did a wonderful job. Very nice guy!!!! I get nothing in return for this and he didn’t ask…totally unsolicited."

Barely touched the inside of the vehicle. Left dirt all over. Said he vacuumed but it was visible that he did not. Dirt and grime left in the bed of the truck. Wouldn’t recommend. You could bring your car through a car wash that has a vacuum and do a better job. Not worth the money

I made my first appointment and they no showed. Then after struggling to contact them again I was finally able to make another appointment, however I had to bring my car to them, which defeated the purpose of the mobile detailing. After bringing my car to them, they took a day to message me back and quoted me three times the estimated price that had been given when booking the first appointment. I also was concerned about the safety of my vehicle as they just ask you to leave the keys on the front drivers wheel and this is in a storage unit where more than just the business owner have access. Overall the man was extremely unprofessional and rude and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Booked online, but there is an issue with the system, so call instead! When nobody showed at the booked time I called and that’s when I found out there is the system glitch. Shane answered and was nice and professional. He showed up the following hour after we spoke and he did a wonderful job on my Subaru! She looks good as new. I will definitely be calling again in the future. Also, I loved that the prices were reasonable! Give them a call folks!!

Kevin and his team did an outstanding job on my pickup. Even though I contacted him after hours, he still was able to come see my vehicle and get it taken care of the next day. They picked the pickup up from my work, got the entire vehicle take care of and returned before the end of my work day. I am very impressed and could not ask for better service.

I have never used this service. However, I did see one of their trucks in I-35 in Austin lose a bucket in traffic, almost causing an accident, because of how they were driving. The driver was switching lanes and even invaded a lane as a car was passing him. If they are that unsafe as drivers, I don't know how careful they would be of your cars.

Putting my truck up for sale, and I knew just who to call to get it shining like new. Thank you Mr. Magic for making it easy to put this truck up for sale. Looks brand new. Service was great and timely as well. I'd recommend Mr. Magic to anyone for mobile detailing.

Contacted them after a long vacation in California. And he scheduled to come clean the car at 9AM on Tuesday. Never showed up, or called. Not very good business if you ask me.

Absolutely unprofessional and unbusiness-like. Though this is advertised as mobile detailing, I had to drive out to a storage unit to receive services. The owner Kevin was unwilling to schedule a specific time at which to meet, instead saying to "Just call me in the morning sometime." He hardly gave a description of what exactly entailed an interior/exterior clean, other than $150 for an included wax. There was no set time to pick up my car, I was merely instructed to arrive in the afternoon. Initially my car looked clean, but the next day when I further inspected there were a quite a few sloppy details I noticed. One, a personal possession of mine was missing from the center console, which I was very upset about. A large new water stain had been created in the back from where the seat had been drying when I picked it up. The visors and roof plastics remained uncleaned, the side doors still had areas which hadn't been cleaned, areas of the carpet hadn't even been shampooed, crevices still contained dirt, the headliner was not addressed, the trunk hadn't been shampooed, the front hood of the car still had remaining bug splatters, and the rims had a remaining film of soap scum that I could simply wipe off. When I addressed my missing possession and asked for further inspection, the owner offered no apology and said it might be in the vacuum cleaner, and once again offered no set time in which to address the issue but merely told me to call back the next day. On that day I was told he'd be able to meet me after 3pm but when I called later, I was told he was once again busy and to yet again call him the next day. At this point I told him over the phone I was very unhappy with the loss of my property and the unsatisfactory cleaning job he had done. He then began to yell and say, "No one cares about your little rock" (a piece of raw turquoise rock a dear friend who passed had given me) and repeatedly told me over and over, "Your car was nasty." He vacillated from saying his daughter had seen the rock to hadn't seen the rock, said it was my own fault, claimed the backseat stain was already there, told me my car was old and he'd worked on much more expensive cars than mine, said that old cars had impossible stains to clean, and basically took no responsibility for my lost property and for the sloppy job he had done cleaning my car. When I said after the way I'd been treated I'd like a refund, he laughed and said it wasn't going to happen, and to yet again, "call me tomorrow morning" so he could simply, "look at the car". After this horrible experience I can't wait around for an undetermined time and and place to address this issue and risk being treated aggressively and disrespectfully in person. At no point did I yell or revert to personal attacks, instead I endured this verbal abuse for 20 mins over the phone. The job was so poor I don't consider services to have been rendered, not to mention the loss of my property and the joke of an excuse for 'customer service'. Such classless behavior, I am shocked. I now have to accept that my turquoise is gone. My car still needs a complete detail and I will pursue services elsewhere. This has been the most unmagical, unpleasant customer experience of my life.
