Owners, seemingly a married couple, can't seem to keep their arguments at home. Their constant bickering makes for a very uncomfortable environment for clients and employees alike. The employees, however, are very good and very friendly.

The owner was very friendly, that is the only good experience I had. I came in for a pedicure and manicure, sat for the pedicure first. The technician grabbed the book from my hand multiple times trying to upsale the most expensive package, and would tell me no when I pointed to the one I wanted. I finally had to tell her no to do the one I asked for. After that the color I chose she said was no good, they had another bottle but instead of grabbing the same color, or even asking if I wanted another option she chose what she thought was closest and started without asking. She refused to listen when I told her that wasn’t the same color. I did not get the manicure and hated how uncomfortable she made me feel when what is supposed to be relaxing treat

Lily and Scott still own Nail 2000 they didn’t sell!! She got new products…honey!!! She said come back and see her!! also they are hiring experienced nail technicians come in to apply 😊
