Had a great experience with National in Lubbock, TX and Roswell, NM. Needed a car in a real hurry and they had great availability and super friendly agents. My trip was successful because I was able to get where I needed , when I needed to. No unnecessary upsell or loads of paperwork to handle. Great service!! Thanks.

Your staff needs to be retrained on answering phone calls. I’ve called multiple times today and yesterday and nobody answers the phone. I’m not even left with an option to leave a voicemail like at George Bush International.
This is completely ridiculous. They just hang up on me when nobody picks up after 3 tries. Whoever manages this branch needs to be replaced.
Edit: The website link you provided brings me back to the same people I originally tried to talk to try to get ahold of someone at your branch. Where is the complaint form? Give me that link.
If you pride yourselves on customer service, this is not how you do it. I can’t think of a single business that doesn’t have a working phone line. What if I left a wedding ring or something else equally important in the car and needed to call to see if it was still in the vehicle? I have to fly back to Lubbock just to get an answer?
