The cashier today was super helpful! After he was done checking a customer out, he came and found me to make sure I had found the item I was looking for.
This health food store is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and inviting it felt. The selection of products is outstanding — fresh produce, quality supplements, specialty items, and so many healthy options you don’t always find in larger chain stores. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into curating products that are both high-quality and unique.
The customer service is what really makes this place shine. The staff are always so friendly, approachable, and genuinely knowledgeable. I’ve asked questions about certain products and received thoughtful, helpful answers every time. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want them to have the best experience possible.
Shopping here is stress-free because everything is easy to find, well-stocked, and reasonably priced for the quality you’re getting. I always leave with exactly what I need (and usually a few fun new items to try!).
If you’re looking for a place that combines amazing products with excellent service, this is it. I highly recommend this health food store — it’s become my go-to spot, and I’m so glad I found it!

I took my kids to the scavenger hunt we were told one gift card per family, well one family the mom got one and then the dad got one, they let them take both even though me and my husband were only allowed one. We were not of the same yt race as the other couple and they knew one of the workers. I will never step foot in this store again as it is completely racist to allow what happened.

I absolutely love this store. I would come here all the time if I could! All of the staff is always so friendly and they are so knowledgeable about the products! Anytime I'm having any problem at all. I go in there and I tell them what the situation is and they point me in the right direction. Always! Absolutely love it.

Nice well stocked store. I would give it five stars if it wasn't for the fact that it's a pain in the neck to check out. Always a line and one cashier open. And the cashier never calls for backup. I really wish they'd open up self check out. Not only would it speed things up they'd only need one employee at a time for assistance and it wouldn't be a jump for them because the never have more than one at the registers working anyway. Poorly managed store.

Don’t use as often as I should..
but every time I need something for whatever reason… this store always has it!! Today miss Evelyn, a store employee, I asked about a particular product, she took me directly to it and gave her insight about different brands etc.. which was nice.

I have yet to find a selection of herbs and supplements as vast as Natural Grocers. That said, they have ridiculous mark ups and lack variety when it comes to essential oils. Personally I find this store more hipster shopping center and less apothecary these days
