They’re always very helpful. Staff walks around and offers help consistently and they’re all very friendly. Hard to find stores that have employees that don’t act like they are being forced and tortured to work so every time we go in here it’s nice to see a store have employees that are always in a good mood.

I bought a pair of shoes from the Nike store, but when I got home, I realized that both shoes were for the right foot. That’s how they were packaged. I had to go back to the store again, which was really time-consuming and inconvenient for me. I’m not satisfied with their service and I’m disappointed.

The customer service is garbage. They just dont care and don’t try to help. This is the worst nike store I have ever been in. The manager was just as lazy as the cashier. Get these young lazies out of Lubbock.. Ian and Danielle find something else to do

All of the staff is super helpful. They make sure to go out of their way to check on you/offer suggestions based off what you’re shopping for. One of the best Nike stores I’ve been to.
