The manager made the difference. He knew exactly what I was asking for and made finding the right lenses and frame very easy. I plan on stopping back by to have some repair work done on my Turbines.

The optician who took care of me was fantastic. She knew when my glasses were ordered and when they were picked up. She went over and above to correct my problem and when it wasn't readily corrected, she ordered me a new pair of glasses. I received a voice message within minutes of leaving the store with details about when my glasses would arrive. I was treated with respect and courtesy from the moment I walked into the store.

The mannager is the best I have ever seen. She is kind, helpful, knowelageable about every item. I go to the mall only to shop at this store and I will keep going because of her and the inventory is great also
