Apparently their machines to bind a book, aren’t able to do it through laminate paper. They are afraid to destroy the machine… it seems, they need to buy better machines for it. I never ever heard in my life such stupidity in a professional shop, where it is supposed you do that every day.

I needed to make a color copy of a passport for my daughter and laminate it and some pictures so she can take them overseas for an extended trip.
The young lady at the copy center was very helpful, did a professional job with the laminating, and even offered to cut the extra paper off the passport copy before laminating it.
I appreciated the level of service. Thank you very much!

I wish I had gotten their names, but the girl who did a great job printing 100 cards for me today was so very kind. Thank you!! And thank you to the girl who helped me get notebooks at the sale price even though the sale was over since it was still listed. Every time I go here, the people who help me are so good and friendly as well as very helpful. Love this store!

A month ago I was in Lubbock and desperately needed to print a poster for a presentation before travelling. Ella at Office Depot did a fantastic job assisting me, suggested the right paper for it, and got the job printed on the same day for me. Thank you Ella for a wonderful and professional job!

Fantastic staff the manager nickoy was very attentive he got the HP computer I needed as soon as I paid for it he even loaded it for me I enjoyed doing business with this particular store, of all the stores in Lubbock they happen to be the best out of them all they're always friendly always willing to help and always willing to load things for you if you need them to.

We always come to this Office Depot for our non-profit's printing needs. Today, Ella went above and beyond for us, and her kindness far exceeded normal customer service. Art the Manager was very helpful!!! All his staff (like Matt) have EXCELLENT bedside manner!!! If I can give this place a 10 star I would do it!! They are super helpful and way better than the store on 50th street!! All of his staff are super friendly and they get everything done with ease!!

I spent $32 to print my portfolio in color just to have the first page glitch with the formatting. Apparently their online print services don't handle Word Documents well. I'm disappointed that I spent so much money on something I can't show people without them thinking I'm unprofessional for messing up the table of contents with such inconsistent formatting...
Edited to add that after looking my closely after my order, some of the pages are bent on the edge? This is not the kind of quality I want when I spend over $30 to print 38 pages. I understand it may just be another order small order to them that's not worth taking the time to do carefully, but each print orders matters to the customer.
