I needed to print 3 pages. They made me put $5.00 on hold do it myself then it printed a thing to bring to the register to pay. They told me thw 5.00 will fall off. Ignorant system I now have to watch my account and most likely be ripped off because the print staff took more time telling me where to do it myself than it would've taken to print it and ring out the less than a dollar sale. I will not buy anything from them again. I will use a different company.

I own a local therapy clinic and am a frequent shopper here for printing supplies for our therapy materials. I came in today around 9:55 am to purchase 3 ink cartridges for our printers. When I took my items to the front to pay, an assistant manager followed me up to the register and proceeded to stand right behind the cashier, watching the entire transaction. He never once greeted me or said a word, which as a manager I would think being polite towards customers is a given. Once I entered my debit card to pay, he walked away. The interaction felt very unprofessional and almost as if I was being profiled. I’ve never had this experience here before and it was very disappointing.

Had some issues with a printing order. However, the customer service to fix the mistake went above and beyond. Things do happen as we are all human, but they way they handled it was very impressive.

Overcharged me by over $120 for printing and cutting and folding a double sided paper (which I was told by other stores can’t even be done). Apparently they charged me for double the amount of paper plus some extras that customer service couldn’t account for. I was attempting help from the store for funeral programs and feel I was overcharged purposefully because they knew I needed it done. Then their printers were down and it got sent to another store, their printers were down too, then back to original store, and then finally a 3rd location - which I only knew because I called to check on it after multiple hours. Was told by an employee that they don’t have to call to update. The Marsha sharp location is better. Charged me the right amount, printers work, and honest people there. I’m from out of town and would have gone to Staples if there was one in LBK. Never have these issues there.

I only needed photos printed out, black and white on regular printer paper. The lady helping me was, Lucy.
Mind you, she had 3 other customers that she was tending to as well.
Lucy had so much patience. She kept calm, was friendly, made connections with everyone, and was extremely positive. I am going back BECAUSE of Lucy! Thank you for making my visit so smooth.

Back to school shopping is hard, but not when you go to the home depot on slide. Everything was easy to find and customer service was great! The cashier Leif was so great and helpful and made sure I was getting the deal I needed to make sure I wasn’t breaking the bank! Thank you for y’all’s hard work and making back to school shopping so easy!!

Tania Reyes was AMAZING! She came through like a boss last minute for our non-profit. She was fast, efficient, kind, and had superb customer service skills.
Definitely keep her around. We will continue to use this location because of Tania's awesome work.

I love stationary stores. I love going into Office Depot. I love pens, all types of paper, markers, dayrunners, calendars, labelers, cards, etc. There is no such thing as a quick trip into Office Depot for me. And yet every time I am in there I have to ask someone in a red vest for help. Sometimes I luck out and they really can help me find what I need. But mainly I am on my own.

I highly recommend Office Depot for all types of business needs. Store is neat and well kept, and easy to locate items. Employees are very helpful.
