I'm not actually surprised that this Old Navy is unimpressive. All of their locations have come down in quality over about the last 5-10 years. That's a hard fall when you aren't very high on that list to begin with. As we all know, Old Navy is very cheap fast "fashion". If you can even call what they sell fashion. It's basic lay person clothing. The sizes are all for American body types. That is to say they run baggy and large. While this was actually one of the more tidy locations I've seen, the staff was just not with it. I picked an item off the clearance rack just to have the cashier walk off with it without any word or explanation. She came back with a manager and they both proceeded to charge me full price for it without a care in the world or an explanation. My first visit here will be my last. I've been kind of disappointed with their selection for a while now anyways.

Manager, assistant manager and cashiers are not properly trained on how to handle gift cards in store. My sons purchase was declined after presenting a gift card, cashier kept telling my son he had a zero balance on card, neither of the employees knew how to handle the issue. I had to call customer relations, they were able to bring up the transaction with the time stamp where the cashier charged 100.00 on the gift card. After the in store employees didn’t follow the appropriate protocol to check their POS system.My thought was, in house employees are stealing gift card information and taking advantage of the customers.
