My grandfather clock stopped working so I called the Old Time Clock Shop and spoke to the owner Rusty, I was so impressed with the fast response and the quality of work, at a great price with great customer service, which made for the best overall experience. So I decided to post this. If you want the best out there at the best price. I suggest you give him a call, my permanent clock repair company.

Rusty repaired a cuckoo clock and an antique clock from the 1800’s. Had to take the antique one back for an adjustment but it was quickly resolved. Clock repair is a dying art that should be more appreciated than it is. His prices were fair. I only do business with him.

I brought 2 old watches for him to hopefully fix at least one. I was very happy when he replaced both band spring pins and the battery to get the one watch working correctly. He did offer options to get my second watch fixed that day but I declined to keep it original. He then gave me all the necessary information to purchase a new band. He then offered to sew the band in place so it won't come off again.

Definitely bring your clock here. The owner is very nice and helpful. He fixed my cuckoo clock while I waited and at a super reasonable price considering I rushed in as soon as he opened.
