Honestly, it's one of the best pizza places I have ever been to. Whenever I come to Lubbock, I always gotta make sure to come here. I adore the cheese bread. I've never really tried any calzone before this restaurant, and honestly it's pretty awesome. Last time we came I had their alfredo pizza for the first time and it was so good!! I definitely recommend coming to this place. Also whoever chooses the music in this place has GREAT taste.

Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes for them to heat up 2 slices of pizza only for one of them to be burnt. When I asked for a new one they admitted the pizza was old and that they threw away the rest of the pizza. We then asked for a refund, the guy pretended to refund me and said the money would go back onto my card, I told him we paid in cash. The guy then took the cash out and threw it in our hands so the change fell on the floor. I’ve worked in customer service for years and understand how hard it can be when a customer wants a refund, but to be treated like that was something else.

Been eating there for years.Dario and Jerry and the rest still doing a great. Just look at the wall of Top Performer certificates nobody in town has as many.Update1/29/23Good food, good service.6-30 still a good place to eat

8 years ago, i was surprise of find a very good pizza similar to iItalian style, rated 9 from 1 to 10, yesterday i went to eat pizza, but i realized the restaurant was sold, the pizza was the worst pizza i have ever seen in my life, no words to deacribe how bad it is.

We came here because we used to eat here the best Italian pizza in Lubbock, but this time we did not know about the new aministration of this pizza shop. We ordered a margarita pizza and it had an awful dough and lacking of taste. My husband and I were dissapointed. I have to say the workers are very kind but the food here is not apetitose

People here in Lubbock don’t know get pizza if it hit them in their face. I’m sorry, but this place is horrible. They use some of the cheapest ingredients, and it’s like eating dough and cheese. There was barely any sauce on our pizza. The pizza was undercooked, even if it was cooked to my liking it still would have tasted horrible. I live a good 20 minutes from this place and ended up taking both our pizzas back to get our money back, that’s how horrible it was! I’ve had better gas station pizza than this place.

Service was great meat Pizza was alright but I expected better from a Italian pizza restaurant it didn't look like the pics oven too hot dough was gooey on top bottom cooked to fast same level of pizza that I could get at Domino's for cheaper price definitely scrimped on the sauce if you claim quality I'll pay whatever but doubtful I go back

Very tasty pizza, but DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. The web site seems to be normal, but it tacks on a hidden 5% fee in the "taxes" section.

All I can comment on is service we never made it to the food. The person behind the counter was rude and impatient nobody else in line and he keeps rushing us to order. Asked if we could get meatballs with cheese melted on top and then said no way we can't do that in a very rude way. If you don't like your job it's simple quit.
