We were traveling to South Texas and had a flat tire. We pulled into a parking lot to change the tire and were blessed by the customer service of O’ Tool Industries. They offered help, water, coffee and even topped off the air of our spare tire, so we could make it safely to a tire repair shop. We weren’t direct consumers but will be if we ever have the opportunity!

Awesome place. Richard helped me figure out what pipes and parts I needed for a glycol chill water system, walked me through everything needed and they even delivered everything to our facility for us. Can't give enough stars to this place. If they don't have what you need they will have it the next day. Highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful staff. Went in to get some pipe fittings and staff new what was best for my situation, even offered me a drink while I waited for my paperwork to get done. Very friendly people, I highly recommend coming here for all your piping needs.
