We have been to just about every jewelry store in lubbock, Paramount has the best selection and customer service hands down. They always treat us right. And shout out to Gayle she was extremely helpful and so sweet. And noticed one of my diamonds on my ring(not purchased at Paramount) was loose so I didn't lose my diamond! She took the extra step and made sure my experience was one of a kind!

INCREDIBLE jewelry store! I was assisted by Jewell and another associate and they were nothing but sweet, genuine and professional!! I shopped at the neighboring jewelry stores and came right back to Paramount. They have BEAUTIFUL and great quality products, unbelievable sales and the friendliest service. I went into this jewelry store looking for a new wedding band for my husband after 30 years of wedded bliss. I was greeting quickly and the help was wonderful. Fantastic place! Alicia was professional and knowledgeable and helped my girlfriend (soon to be fiance) find what will eventually be the perfect ring and a very affordable price.Beyond that the financing options are also fantastic and they worked with us for some time to find a plan that worked well with our finances!
