We found this puppy, and no one claimed her. Her fur was very dirty and matted, so we took her to get groomed. I think she was pretty scared. She doesn't look as cute but definitely looks a lot better. We take all of our dogs here to get groomed. We totally love this place ❤️

If I could give no stars I would!! This Place cut my moms yorkie's tip of her ear when grooming and want to say "that happens to yorkies" !! How the hell does that happen?? Yeah It happens when an irresponsible groomer gets clipper happy and doesn't pay attention!! Then they refused to pay vet bill for their negligence!! My mom asked me for a groomer referral and I asked a friend just for her to have to go through this with her baby!! WATCH OUT PEOPLE IF YOU LOVE YOUR BABIES DO NOT GO HERE!! First time taking my dog to get groomed their I called ahead of time to see how much they charged was told $35.00, when I got their I was told it would be $42.00 so I asked if could pay ahead of time to say the least I got charged $12.00 for taxes. I specifically asked to have her cut down to 1/8th and tail trimmed. I went to pick her up the top of her head had fur sticking straight up on, some older lady fixed it, mind you the tail never got trimmed. Later that evening after getting home my dog is laying down on her side noticed bawled spots on both sides of her neck. I call to address the issue and ask to speak with owner was immediately told no that she was the manager there I asked for her name she refused to give it to me, I processed to tell her my dog has bawled spots on both sides of her neck and she says let me speak to the groomer, she puts phone on mute and comes back on the phone says yeah we know that and that part of the furr was too hard to cut. So I say that I’ve taken her other place and never had that problem before the manager goes to say take her over their then and tells the groomer this lady doesn’t believe me that it’s hard to cut in that area and then she hangs up on me. Some customer service experience, this company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.

We took our Chihuahua from out of town to Rebecca for awhile and then surgery came up for me. She is an excellent groomer and we return soon. Great shop!!

Took my corgi to get rid of his shedding hairs and when I got him back he was the same way and he was supposed to have been bathed and he smelled worse when he got back to us. Very disappointed and will not take him back there again.
