Not too happy with how sneaky they are with their promotions. I decided to get some impulse treats only to find out that they override the deal that would’ve saved me more on the treats I actually wanted. So instead of saving around $20 I only got about $5-6 off for some treats that I didn’t even really care for. But I guess that’s how they stay in business. Also not too much of a fan of having to repeat myself over and over to the cashier helping me due to another cashier screaming at one of the other workers right in my ear. One reasonably priced pet store with decent enough people would probably put these stores out of business. It is what it is.

Every time that I have been there is always a long line to check out and they have one or maybe two cashiers. Not exactly great when you’re trying to get a few items.

They really did not do a good job at all. Complete messed up the shape and did not treat him right. Went back so they could fix it and it was still uneven. Definitely do not recommend taking your pup here at all. It’s better to spend more than go here for grooming.
