This is only a review for the app not the store: The app charged me twice for purchasing and neither order went through. Not I’m out twice the amount I wanted to pay and have to wait days for the refund to my account. This will be my sign to continue using chewys app going forward.

Julie has been grooming my dog for almost a year now and I am impressed every time! She is efficient and, most importantly, makes my dog feel comfortable! I recently had the pleasure of working with Meghan as well and she was great! She cared for her clients!

We had never really shopped PetSmart until here in the last month or two been very pleased they always have the cat food I need as well as a dog food. I love the rewards always saving some money prices on many items are cheaper than Walmart

I went in today to take my dog to get groomed And I was aware that he needed his rabies shots. He had his rabies tags, but I could not find the email confirmation.
I was trying to look through my emails to find anything from where I got his vaccines even though he had his rabies tags on. Dakota was very rude and unprofessional in the grooming clinic
I attempted to show her a receipt where it said wellness check she said, for all I know that could be for tick and flea treatments. She was very argumentative and very pushy and disrespectful.
I kept saying oh my God this is annoying. She said you can get out of the store calling us annoying. I said I never once called you annoying. She said OK get out and go take care of your dog. I really believe that she didn’t want to book my dog because of the way he looked because she made her opinion on my dog and for me to take care of him when he is well taking care of .!! I said you need to take care of your attitude I’ve never been that disrespected in my life. I would not recommend this PetSmart at all.
What I would recommend is The PetSmart on 6801 slide road Ask for Caitlin.W she did an amazing job with my baby.! And will forever go to the Slide location.

We went thinking about getting some fish. Immediately terrible decision. The tanks are terrible and most of them had dead fish. When we asked one of the workers about it, the response was, "I just got here, but it happens." I get gold fish and the like probably ching l don't last long stuffed into these tanks, but there was literally so many dead fish they were rotting and stuck into the filters. Disgusting and just an irresponsible way to take care of these animals.

This store almost always has exactly what I am looking for. Very rarely are they out of the stuff I need. The people who work here are lovely. Knowledgeable and helpful.

Megan did a good job on our dog, taking the time to get his paws and nails done well, especially since he usually doesn't like his feet beeing messed with. Better grooming here than we've had at Slide Rd.
