Neil was very unprofessional when assisting on the phone. I had someone go make a deposit for me as I am short on time, having to make a run to the hospital due to unforeseen circumstances. They made the deposit and didn’t wait for the receipt. I called and Neil answered the phone. I told him I had a cash deposit made and I noticed it wasn’t reflecting on the account on mobile banking. Neil placed me on hold and when he returned he was being very condescending stating “next time we need to wait for a receipt”. The person I had make the deposit was also in a rush to meet me at the hospital so why would I make them wait? There’s so many things wrong with this scenario and I would love to talk with Neil’s manager, seeing as he was very rude, disrespectful unprofessional and unsympathetic! It’s sad to see how much tellers are not what they used to be! Guess they don’t make them like they used to!

Nice and friendly people. I enjoy just walking into the bank on 98th & Quaker. I tried to open a checking account but wasn't successful thanks to TTCU. I had an overdraft 5 years ago that I paid and it was showing up at the check system. I called check system and they didn't have anything in my name so I'm lost. ?

So I've been a loyal member. I've kept my account in good standings. I don't go negative often and when I do I always cover it with some cash the same day. Ultimately for the past 8/9ish years I've been an easy customer. I've had like one overdraft fee refunded from since I've been an adult. (Im 25). So about 7 years. So, I literally accidentally had my vacation ubers come out of my account (when I thought another account was connected). It put my account into the negative $60. So I put the funds to cover it the second I saw this. The next day I have $140 dollars in fees!!!! $140!!!! And all they want to do is say no. None of my past with them matters. Not loyalty, not account history, nothing. Look I get it if I had overdrafts all the time and was constantly calling but one time and all the can do is half. Thats $70 still. A whole day of work. So pretty much this Bs loyalty only goes one way. And they obviously only have one thing on their mind and its not their customers. Plus the supervisor kept telling me it was a courtesy, they don't have to refund the money. But the supervisor also said they do half courtesys once a year but I had like fight for them to even do HALF. GREAT customer service! Ill be gladly closing my bank account tomorrow. I wouldn't suggest them but if you are going to open an account with them don't go to 82nd and Boston through Cory.

I went in to cash a check and was treated like a thief . I will never open an account with you . Your tellers are very rude and do not know how to talk with people .
