They didn’t let us test drive a vehicle with out doing a credit check and they admitted to taking it out on a joyride and eating in it and left all the trash in the back seat do not recommend

To much confusion out of a simple purchase goal.
It feels like they cater more to a continuous revenue of bigger businesses like Tom's Tree place and others buying vehicles there.
Not much molding for the little guy.
Financing guy would not listen to my side of the story. Always had to be talking AND RIGHT.
A WISE MAN KNOWS TO TAME HIS TOUNGE, THIS LACK OF LISTENING TO MY FINANCING GOALS MADE IT LESS APPEALING.
I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING SQUEEZED LIKE A LEMON.
NOT HEARD.

They are unhonest guys sold a cash car to my highschool graduated daughter without no tittle no type of paperwork when wanting some type of paper they refused to give me anything someone needs to investigate them stealing money from honest hard-working people

Getting a car for my brother was unnecessarily hard. Found one he loved and a few days later we learn it was apparently unfit to drive and never should've been sold. Every car after that had problems that popped up later as well. Very shady and frustrating.

Randy found the exact vehicle that I was looking for and delivered it to me quickly. The paperwork took less time than the test drive. Highly recommend.

Being a first time buyer with no experience wut so ever we pulled into this dealership just to look and a salesman approached us. He was very friendly and the service was great. We looked at several cars and we are now first time buyers Augustine Longoria offered us great service and I do recommend everyone 10/10!!!!

I inquired about a car here after my friend got one. The sales guy I don't remember his name maybe John or jack or something like that texted me pictures of a car and said that I could come see if it's something I would like to buy. I show up not even 5 minutes later and he tells me the car is sold. I asked him why he sent me pictures of the car and he said that he was trying to get me there to look at cars. Then I never heard anything back. Shady as hell.

A salesman named Reyes is terribly insistent, he tries to get you into vehicles that you don't like. We told him repeatedly that the car had too many miles and he kept insisting that it was a good car and he could lower the price for us. Understand NO IS NO!!! To make matters worse, the boy is upset because he didn't make the sale.

I put my car in shop there and was lie to most of tha time about being fix or look at I wanted and waited till tha 11day I went and got my car and it still was not look at not even sorry or noting I just don't understand people these days I felt really bad because I felt like I could trust them with my car I understand it was other car's before me but 11days of not knowing noting I know they might have many more people to come there so it really don't matter about me like so what we have others

Horrible experience here, after telling them I was not interested in getting a car from them because the payment was to high. I ask for the keys to my car five times before they finally gave them to me. They had them because I was going to trade in and they were checking it out to see how much they would give me. So when I was ready to go I ask for my keys and they said they didn't know where they were and they were looking for them but each person I ask to get my keys never came back. I had to finally get a little rude for them to finally give me my keys. I don't know where they get off trying to walk all over women. I would never recommend anyone to go here not even a man and especially not a women by herself.

Everyone was really nice listened to what I wanted and didn't try to put me into something I didn't want. Everything went just fine and my son got his 1st graduation car. Want a car go to Pollard Friendly Ford
