Ordered online for pickup in store, get to the store and the doors are locked. Parking lot is impossible to go back around to the drive thru since you have to turn left onto a busy street. Employee came to the door and told me she can't just give me my order I have to go back around. Why? Others were waiting with the same issues and she finally gave one man his food and berated him for not going through the drive thru. How are people supposed to know this information prior????? I will go elsewhere and dispute the charge on my credit card. Also, no one answers the phone when you call. Will never come here again.

Waited an hour for takeout inside. Watched as they kept filling orders for the drive through window. What I would ask about my order, they would tell me they are waiting on my sides but I watched them send out at least 7 more orders with the same sides. When they finally gave me my order it was missing biscuits and potatoes. The people working inside showed a complete disregard for the customers. There were several of us waiting for over an hour. This is just my experience And it was frustrating.

Very nasty and unclean. I want my chicken sandwich with light on the sauce..when I got home it had a whole lot of sauce on both sides...I called and spoke to manager, she was very nasty and want me to bring the sandwich back on my next visit, which would be a month from now, cause I don't eat fast food much. Very Very Very unsatisfied ????

My food was trash ..wasnt made how i asked ..the bun was super soggy ...chicken was hard and cold like it just been sitting under a light or sumthing..mush was cold as well ..wont go back...

Completely messed up our order and they won’t answer the phone or offer to fix. It will be contacting corporate on Monday. This is happened this has happened my last four visits store manager has no idea how to manage employees employees have no idea how to read orders and they charged me the wrong price contemplating filing a small claims case.

Management is very respectful super service. You can really see the pride they take in all areas of service to dine in to dash out they are really a top stop.

This location went downhill real fast!! I used to eat here once or twice a week, and everything was fine. In the last 4-6 weeks, the quality of the food has significantly declined. The chicken is now greasy, fatty, and tastes like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The red beans & rice taste sour. They charge you extra to get a biscuit with a combo. I no longer recognize any staff members. I used to wait in a line that stretched out to University. Now, there might be one or two other cars on the lot. Yesterday was my last time to eat there after years of being a regular customer. $12 for a combo with nasty food is ridiculous.

I just left there after waiting for over 15min for a single side of Mac and cheese. Both doors were locked and nobody came to the doors even though I was knocking hard enough to be heard. We drove off after numerous attempts to call the number listed on Google and got absolutely no answer. We decided to take the loss and go home to eat our chicken sandwich meals. Only to get home and these were the worst two chicken sandwiches I've ever seen. The buns seemed like they were over a month old and the chicken was way over cooked and dry as a desert. The damn dog didn't even want to eat them. I will never go back to this location ever again and I'd rather drive clear across town if I want Popeyes. I do not recommend this location. This is not the first time they have forgot something from our order. Whoever the cook was tonight on January 27, 2024 at 8pm they should have their vision checked cause they must of been blind to send out food like that.
