I took my 2020 Cadillac Escalade in to be looked at. It was riding super rough. Like so rough my fitbit was picking up the movement from driving as exercise. Anyways, about 30 minutes after I dropped off the car, they called to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. I agreed to the repairs and they started right away. Luckily they had all materials in their warehouse and to my surprise, my car was completely fixed and ready to go 4 hours after I dropped it off!! I was so impressed with the speed at which the repairs were done. And both gentlemen that I interacted with were courteous and respectful. Highly recommend this shop! They'll be our new go to repair shop.

Love Scott and the team. Brother in law used to be in the car business and he recommended these guys. He’s not wrong! We’ve used these guys for years, ever since. Honest and fair, a rare combination.

Scott Sim is truly one of the most honest and trustworthy professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Precision auto repair is a very honest shop. I took my Toyota pickup in for breaks because Toyota said I needed brakes. Scottt said they were still good for awhile. He could have put brakes on but, he did not.

Precision Auto Repair is, in my opinion one of the best repair shops in Lubbock. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for many, many years. They are straightforward shooters and always do top-notch repairs. I have trusted Scott and his staff with all of my auto repairs as long as I can remember.
