Have been there three times to get one set of labs done. The first time they were unable to get any blood without digging around in my arms making me pass out and have to reschedule, which has never been an issue with any other blood draw, I am also a phlebotomist and have had students be able to get blood from me on their first stick.They told me to come back when I could to try again so I came back another day and was turned away. They told me they stop accepting walk ins at 3. I tried 2 more times around 2:30 on separate days and was turned away both times. I made another appointment and finally had the labs drawn and was later called by my doctor saying they mustve LOST THE LABS because they never received them.I went in a THIRD TIME and talked to someone telling them the situation and that I needed this to be the last time these labs were drawn as this is not only very unpleasant to go thru but also an extreme inconvenience to drive all the way across Lubbock. I just received another call saying my doctors office has not received any labs and asking me if I even went to get them done.Extremely unprofessional.

The sign says for walking is from 8- 3 . I got there at 3:15 the door was locked

UMC $480. Here $170. I have a high deductible and this was by far the best option for me. The lady at the front desk was kind and very informative. So glad I asked questions about the total before I had the test run!
