The owner or owners for this company or business and the people in the front desk . what they call office , are very greedy and they refuse to do work that's needed to be done . My brother took his truck over there to get some hail damage out from his vehicle. the add more repairs to his insurance claim . I am very surprised that they haven't gotten caught for insurance fraud . The two ladies set at the front desk are complete liars. Do what you want , but I wouldn't take my vehicle to that place . I wou take my vehicle over there . My brother was without his truck for over 2 weeks . Because they took to long with his truck . His insurance wouldn't cover him for a car or any type of vehicle to drive . I saw a lot a bad reviews for this business that for some reason are or weren't posted . customer or people beware !!!!.

They did excellent job repairing hail damage on my car. They went above and beyond by taking me home and delivering my car to me in Levelland. Would definitely use them again.

Quick and professional work!!! They removed about 30 plus dents from hail on a hood for me, then went an extra mile and waxed the hood!! Definitely recommend using Presto Hail Lifters!

Took 2 1/2 weeks to fix my car. They made a supplement insurance claim stating I had 20 oversized dents on my roof alone. Think about it, my entire roof would have been almost carved it. The insurance adjuster would have definitely seen that. When I examined it before I took it there wasn't very many dents. The bodyshop owner inspected it before she outsourced it to this company and she didn't see all this damage. They also claimed molding part for my car in the supplement claim but NEVER order the part for my car. Also the owner admitted to me (I have it recorded) that they committed insurance fraud so I wouldn't have to pay a deductible. Nobody every called me about my deductible. This is claiming the molding part and other work. Also they did not hook my DVD player back up and left 2 dents in my roof. When I contacted them about this the owner tried to blame "the bodyshop must have done something to it before they brought it over". When I asked if they took down the headliner and she said oh yeah go ahead and bring it in. They later corrected these but I had to point it out. LET ME MAKE THIS 100% CLEAR I DID NOT CHOOSE THEM. THE BODY SHOP I WENT TO OUTSOURCED TO THEM. I would NOT recommend using this company. Very shady and HORRIBLE customer service!
