The leadership, teachers, chef, and aids are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and care so deeply about our kiddo and family. I cannot stress enough how responsive, communicative, and understanding they are. It was a blessing to find a place my child could go to daycare where I had peace of mind that they were safe, learning, AND THRIVING. Thank you!

EVERYTHING! From the directors to the teachers everyone made my kids feel loved and safe every single day! You can’t ask for more but Primrose provides the best! So on top of that their curriculum is top notch! My children learned so much and were truly prepared for school! I cannot say enough good things about this school! They will forever be family! Truly grateful!

I had an unfortunate experience with this daycare which breaks my heart because I was so excited for my son to go here. I called and toured 6/21/24, when I called and scheduled the tour I gave all the information needed included DOB of my son. We got there and toured the class he would be in and went over what his schedule would be. Then got told we have 1 spot left for THIS CLASS. So immediately after I payed my deposit to secure that spot that was told to me. Well after we left I got a call that actually my child was a little too old but he can go to a different classroom but had to be potty trained which was an issue as he wasn’t ready or seemed interested. So I told them I don’t think I can get him potty trained in a short amount of time and we wanted that other classroom for that reason. I honestly forgot about it until I saw my Procare app and then called to request my deposit since it was on their end for advertising the class then telling me he couldn’t go. In which I got told sorry not refundable and it was my fault because he was too old and they gave me another option but yet he couldn’t go UNLESS potty trained so it was something not able to be done. So just very dishonest and not accountable establishment. Please be careful when dealing with this.

I love all the teachers and staff! They make you feel so welcome. I know my daughter is receiving the best care. She comes home everyday so excited to tell us about all of the fun activities she did throughout the day! We have tried other daycares in the past, but none of them have made our daughter blossom quite like Primrose!

From the staff, to the security, to the curriculum, this school has been top-notch. I couldn't imagine a better place for my child to spend the day. We are convinced that our son's growth is a direct link to the kindness, love and respect he has been shown at Primrose. We are so grateful that we found this school.

My daughter has been attending Primrose for 2 years now and she has been loved and cared for by so many of their amazing teachers and staff. Their curriculum has made such a huge impact on her language and motor skills and social/emotional development and I’m amazed all the time at what she is learning! After a bad experience at a different local daycare, we are so glad we chose Primrose and could never imagine leaving! We love our Primrose family!!

My family and I love Primrose! We are always greeted very warmly when we arrive and my kids really enjoy their teachers and friends. They also love getting to learn through different activities vs coloring pages like other daycares I’ve been to and as a Speech-Language Pathologist, I have been inside a variety of child care centers throughout my career. Primrose is the best school/child care center in Lubbock in my opinion. I especially like that they offer an ample amount of playtime, a variety of sensory activities, hands on reading and math activities, painting, and even gardening. The teachers are knowledgeable and the directors are amazing! Ms. Marjorie is so sweet with all the kids and parents. She’s always giving the kids stickers when they leave and is very pleasant when answering the phone or when I have a question or request. I never worry about my what my kids are doing all day or if they’re are happy and safe because the teachers are always updating parents about each daily activity. They also gush about the kids through sweet notes they send home. We love all the staff at Primrose and we know they love our kids! I highly recommend Primrose School.

Our daughter has been at Primrose for 6+ months, since we moved to the area from out of state. Our daughter loves going to school and the staff are caring and wonderful people. She continues to learn words, numbers & builds friendship with her classmates. Would highly recommend Primrose for their infrastructure, activities and caring staff members!

I enrolled my son (4yrs old) at Primrose a month ago and have already seen the impact on his learning and education. At his previous school (within the entire semester), they had worked on numbers and letters. He was able to sometimes count to 5 (often got 4 & 5 mixed up), and refused to work on letters with us because he was unsure of what they were. In his first two weeks at Primrose, he came home knowing how to count to 10 confidently and the other night, he wanted to sing the entire alphabet with me! Even though he couldn’t get every letter, the fact that he wanted to attempt to sing the entire alphabet instead of shutting down when he didn’t know some letters was huge for us! His teachers at Primrose have certainly helped his confidence and feeling comfortable about learning at his own pace! I’m very happy with our choice to move our son to this school and excited to see what new things he learns at Primrose this semester!

My wife and I searched far and wide for what we considered the “best” daycare in Lubbock. After all of the searching we landed on the obvious choice, Primrose. They have been nothing but great to our son. The teachers are great, and the curriculum is the best there is. Couldn’t speak higher of Primrose.

As an employee and a mother of a child that goes here, this is 100% the best place to send your kiddo. The staff is nurturing and caring. They are always keeping parents updated and treating the children as their own. We LOVE primrose❤️

My daughter has been going to Primrose for 1.5 months and I have never seen her so completely excited to go to school. When I tell her she gets to go and play with her friends and teachers in the mornings, she yells and smiles and says she loves them. When we leave in the evenings, she says “Bye school, love you!” This is the third daycare/fourth company she has gone to and I have never seen her so happy to go to school. The teachers and office team are so kind, warm, caring and welcoming and they have been doing an amazing job in helping her learn and grow. My husband and I are so grateful and glad that a Primrose opened here and so is our daughter. ?
