Prosperity Bank recently "upgraded" their online banking portal but in reality it was a "downgrade". Multiple important functions in the old version are no longer available in the new version. It it time to switch banks that are more technologically advanced than Prosperity. Multiple phone calls to the bank call center has not yielded any positive feed back. One call left me on hold for 45 minutes.

Slowest prosperity in town. Been in the drive thru for over 15 minutes just for a deposit. Not to mention the teller was rude. The one on Ave Q is much nicer and faster.

Cash my check every friday in the drive through area. Today i had the pleasure of dealing with two rude guys working your window. Please train your employees how to talk and deal with guest. There are a lot of other banks people can go to. Went at 330pm 11/24/2023

Been a loyal customer since ASB became Prosperity. All of a sudden I am being charged a cashier's check fee! Unbelievable!

Slowest branch in town! It took the drive thru 15 mins to acknowledge me when I was the only vehicle there.

I only needed to make deposit there was 3 tellers and one on phone took over 30 min to make deposit. They were all standing around!!! Did not bother to say anything at all.

It took several calls during business hours to get someone to answer. I needed to fax a form to be completed for work. They said they did not have a working fax number. I asked him if email would be better to send in the form and he said, I don't really know, I've never done that before. He did offer to give me the fax number of another branch, but it was the wrong number. Yikes!

Absolutely GREAT service! I just witnessed a Teller go above and beyond to help what appeared to be an elderly customer! We're in a pandemic and we're forced to be separate, but that doesn't mean customer service is thrown out the window! Jacob and the crew are awesome to begin with, but seeing that Teller go out of her way, really put a smile on my face! Keep up the good work guys! It's much appreciated!

It was really slow to even get to the counter, when I needed help from another banker they took two people that came in after me without asking who was next, the person that ran to him the fastest got the next place in line. 4 people working window one teller and one special banker.

After banking here for over 22 years, they want to charge me $10 for letting my balance drop below $500! This is ridiculous, and we are looking into changing banks!
