I love the way that they take very good care of me every time I come into there bank and I will continue coming back there and I also got my to start account with them as well.

I have worked with Rachel, the branch manager, and Whitney, the teller supervisor, extensively. They have gone above and beyond to help me and my elderly father with issues on his account. I do not know what I would have done if they had not been so willing to go the extra mile and do the extra work they have done for us. Their attitude has carried on to the other tellers at this branch because everyone working here is always very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this branch and especially Rachel and Whitney.

I went in one day & God knows I was already having a long week & I was so stressed and the bank was the last place I wanted to go, but my debit card wasn’t working. I sat with Oliver Te’O, one of the bankers (best associate there). Not only did he assist me with a new debit card, he also noticed that I seemed to be having a rough week & he was so kind enough to talk to me on a personal level & not just about banking. He reassured that even though they are a bank, that he would at any time be glad to talk about anything with me to show that Prosperity takes pride in not only their work, but their customers as well. I was currently banking between Prosperity & Wells Fargo & I could no longer stand Wells Fargo outrageous fees that they were charging me. Oliver & I also went over that as well & helped me move all my assests over to Prosperity. I just want to thank Prosperity for hiring bankers like Oliver Te’O, who not only assisted me on my banking needs, but going up & beyond for me to make sure everything was okay with transitioning from Wells Fargo to Prosperity, for making sure my personal life gets better & that if I ever need anything, to come on in and have a chat with him. Thank you, Oliver, for going up & beyond for me. You truly define the word GREAT customer experience. Give this man a raise!

Wife's company went out of business on 7/12. Employees were paid final paychecks on that day. Prosperity Bank froze the company's account on 7/15 and returned the checks "funds not available" . So far we've incurred about $400 in returned check fees. Does Prospeityhave the right to freeze an account? Yes they do. But employees who, in good faith, cashed their payroll checks are victimized by the decision to freeze the account. While the decision is legal, the question is was it right.
