Came with my mom to cash coins. No greeting all tellers were waiting for us to approach them while they hid behind their screens and/or their phones. The lady who did assist us took 20+ mins for a medium size jar of coins. Like...really. that being said their coin machine is now behind the counter and must done by them. Customer service is lacking for a location that was not busy.

worst bank i have ever been with. no one seems to know what to do or the answers to my questions. this is a greedy bank and their policies are ridiculous! they will not give you your money back and will give you a headache! don’t bank with them! i am glad i closed my account with them for good!

I walked in to the lobby to cash a check that was drawn from Prosperity. They gladly did. BUT, also with a 1.5% "service" fee. I asked the teller if they were attempting to compete with "Cash Express" places (tongue in cheek). She took it in stride and is a great asset to this place. I TRY really hard NOT to rate anyone, or company, less than 4 stars. But, goodness...this is way out of bounds in my humble opinion.

Drive Thru Saturday Morning: If you’re a non customer and have a check that is written out to you from a person that banks there, you cannot get your check cashed if it’s more than $1000. You have to go inside lobby to cash the check. But lobby is closed on saturdays.. Now since I can’t cash my check until Monday and I will get charged late fees for my bills that need to get paid over the weekend. Extra money out my pocket because Proserity Bank Sucks!!
