I had to go to 3 different ATM's, in Lubbock, to get cash. Why should I keep my account with you when you can't even keep your ATM's working? You owe me gas money!

Local branch on 4th....Where do I start. The woman who answered the phone actually sounds "pained" to take your call. Did get 1 decent employee while trying to make a simple request to order checks for a parent with dementia. Follow up 2 weeks later and checks have still not arrived. Made a call today and some woman by the name of Amber; another miserable being refused to give my mother information to see the status of the order. When asked to speak to someone above her; she refused. Called again to attempt to get someone in management. He couldn't even find her account. She is only with this bank because they merged from when it was Whisperwood bank. The call dropped with him and when we called him back; it went to voicemail. I'd really like for her to get away from this joke of a bank. They will lose a really good account. I deal w/ a nationally well known bank and they are way more user friendly. Run, don't walk from this "bank".

It has been months since the ATM at 6500 Indiana has worked. This is totally unacceptable to not have access to your account when you need it. I don’t understand after numerous months why this location can’t have a reliable ATM.

Supervisor was very rude to me on the phone and in person about my banking issue. Will not be banking with them again due to too many issues and not very helpful service.

I run a store that requires change. We are always told that the bank is out of change. Depending on the week, it might be out of pennies or quarters or dimes. Sometimes multiple. They say it is due to a coin shortage. However, when I go to a competitor bank they know nothing of it.

This is by far the worst branch of this bank. Poor customer service and clueless tellers. Be prepared to wait for lengthy and unnecessary time in the drive thru for even the simplest deposit. When they took over American State, it was all downhill from there. I'm planning on closing all accounts. There are much better banks in this area that are local and know how to treat the customers.

Horrible customer care!There could be zero cars in the motor bank and be the only customer and they take 15 -20 min to process a small Transaction....I wish there was a closer Branch to me....These People always make me late to work no matter what time I come....I'm not a Fan of the Bank. We will be changing soon!... I have called and complained in the Bank and they Ignore and never resolve anything!....I would Never RECOMMEND this Bank to anyone!...Trust me you are better off anywhere else!

My mother passed away recently. I live in Chicago area. She left her acct here to me and arranged all very carefully so no issues to be encountered. I called and also visited a prosperity bank branch to ensure all in order prior to her death. And then when I flew down and obtained her death certificate. Which I had been assured was all I needed. Viola. A rude presumptuous clerk or pseudo ' banker ' told me I needed some ' letter' in addition to The death certificate. I had to threaten to sue the bank and insist on seeing someone else. I was able to resolve the issue but only after an angry confrontation with this woman apparently feeling like she could bounce me around over obtaining my inheritance.
