Went to the front desk, asked for a spoon. It was locked up. The kitchen was closed the same thing with the lobby restroom they don’t open until 10 o’clock and they couldn’t open the door for me.

Before we got our room we went to the pool it was disgusting clumps of hair on the pool floor and window propped up with a wire brush and beer bottle caps on the window seal it got worse Our room had some kind of nest of some sort on BOTH sides of the ac and we informed the desk they didnt really show concern about it im not about leaving thing's like this but my child's health can be affected by this given she has to do breathing treatments and obviously sanitation and we couldn't even use the phone to let them know bc it didnt even work like seriously what if someone had an emergency and no other sorce of phone and electrical wires are exposed from a non existing fire alarm the side entrance door doesn't even lock no need for a key card its always opened bc its broken ! Don't recommend at all this hotel needs to be inspecteded so many violations and its still open ??????? Someone needs to do their job bc obviously no one has here and didnt even refund my money but at least apologize, we had to look for a hotel at 12 am on father's day weekend! Not the experience I want my husband to have to deal with just wanted to relax

Booked a room for myself and my family as we were driving through. Booked because of the pool and hot tub. The pool was disgusting and a I didn't make it to the hot tub. The beds were fine. The bathroom didn't seem overly clean and the shower curtain was stained. The ice machine was broken on the first floor. The people at the front desk were fine but were not overly friendly and didn't give information around why I couldn't use a certain card for payment until they started using the other card presented.

Well, the air conditioning worked. The lamps were out of service, and the room smelled of pot. The front desk person never made eye contact and seemed aggravated that I wanted to check in. I won't stay here again.

Overpriced under staffed and damaged Floors doors I can't say my bed was cleaned and my bathroom was clean. Most of the door latches are in upside down. The front desk person run himself to death just try to keep things going. The food they served forget it.

Hotel is fine but not ideal. Loud noises at night, thermostat is extremely slow. Refrigerator did not work. Rooms clean I guess but stains everywhere. Staff let me get free bowls though so it's ok.

The room we stayed in was not in the best of condition. It had rotting walls, the towels were dirty, no iron, the bed was springy. The couch was stained. No stopper for the drains and the shower did not run right.

This experience sucked. Broken Windows, No smoke alarm (should have reported this to the police) And the sheets were extremely gross. The Pool was discussing. Do not come here. Safety risk.

Dingy and very dirty. Thin walls and floors and an elevator that makes alot of noises that make you question the value of your life. Trust me spend the extra 30 bucks to upgrade on a hotel. I will next time.

When arriving after driving hours to get here, they didn't have my reservation and didn't even try to accommodate us in anyway. Employees at first desk was unprofessional and rude. We needed up staying next door which was a nicer and cleaner facility (Country Inn). Our friends did stay here but had to wait an hour for their room to be cleaned which should have already been cleaned it was 430. I would never recommend to stay here.

My mom stayed here when she was visiting me, they have bed bugs and refuse to give refunds. The manager is extremely rude and hung up on my mom when she was trying to explain the situation to her. Disgusting place disgusting people.
