For unloading, experiences vary. Some come early and unload hours before an appointment, while others who check in early may not get unloaded until the next day. Coming an hour before an appointment can mean getting unloaded right away in 30 minutes. They have some spots for parking in case you come at night. The people are nice and the service is alright.
