The automatic doors did not work making it hard for handicapped. THEN you MUST buy their card for $5 in order to give them the privilege of taking your money to ise the machines. Making laundry $5 more expensive than needs be.

I've been coming to this laundromat since it open for over 15 years and for the last 3 weeks that I've been coming, the attendants are so inattentive and disrespectful that I'm just considering another place to put my laundry. They have no respect for adults or customer service skills. I would recommend you spend your money somewhere else

1st time can be complicated. They don't take coins. You have to buy a card and put money on it. Thankfully the staff was very pleasant and helpful. And drying is free. I'll be back.

The attendant Mrs.Janie was very nice and helpful in assisting me purchase a wash card. I even accidentally left my wash card on a folding table and she brought it to me. I would highly recommend this WashNDry to anyone needing to do laundry.

I normal would give this place 5 stars but when the sign on the door says last wash @9pm & close @11pm means @ 8:45 pm I can still start a load. I was told that they close @9. Different workers do different things apparently.

They are bigger than the location on University and Q. There’s another location on S Ave Q that I haven’t visited. This particular location has AC. The owner is letting these places run down in terms of equipment. 25-50% of their washers and dryers don’t work. They are usually out of service. You can dry for free with wash.Other than that, it’s a fairly decent place. Oh, and you have to use a card. The card is $5, but you get $3 of that back on the card. So you’re actually paying $2 for card and have a $3 credit.

Not a laundromat I’d recommend to anyone and most of the time washer and dryers are broken. Staff acts like their to good to answer any questions and get mad when you ask to use the bathroom.

I did freak out with the prices which large washers are 5.99 small were 3.49 but the dryers are free... can't beat that. They were very clean and safe environment.

Washing machines are great. Dryers are great, too (if you happen to get one that works). A decent experience, overall.I've been to worse laundromats, for sure.
