Really, really disappointed in this location. My daughter and I came down to support my niece before she had her eye surgery. So we decided to go into the Lubbock mall and our first stop was Rainbow. There was an older white worker who was very interested in helping us. So I I was like.great. To only find out that she was following us every section of the store and continued to pretend as if she was checking clothes. So I finally stated that it's funny how every article of clothing we touched, she was within my eyesight. She watched us to the point where it was uncomfortable. She definitely made us feel like we didn't belong. So everything we picked up we decided to place back on a rack right in front of her and decided to go to JC Penneys. We received exceptional service and were able to bless my niece. So I would like to thank the poor and ignorant worker who chose to be foolish and watch a harmless family. Everyone who looks like me doesn't steal. Everyone who looks like me doesn't need to made uncomfortable while shopping. My advice to her would be to do her research and get her teeth fixed at the dentist. Now anyone who is blind could see that she didn't make right choices based on her appearance and smile.

Very dirty store, dressing room had wet floor but lady was on phone n just walked away??
