Refund policy is definitely not what they tell you at check out. Be careful of their “you have 7 days to return it” versus their excuses if you do try to exchange it. Very disappointing experience with this store.

Highest prices I've seen on low-medium quality goods. $8 for a basic decal, $30 for a hat. I was not inspired to buy much.

I bought a centennial Christmas ornament for $34 and came in to return it the very next day because the person I bought it for already had one. I had the credit card and the receipt with me and was told they couldn’t take it back because it was a “specialty” item. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I don’t see how something can become obsolete in 24 hours. It’s a shame they have kind of a monopoly going on here in Lubbock. I will pursue alternatives going forward.

As a tech alumnus, and Lubbock native, I’ve shopped at red raider outfitter for many years. I recently moved to Dallas, and this summer received an under armor hat as a gift from red raider outfitter, however it didn’t fit. I went to the store today since I was in town for Thanksgiving with the receipt, and the same hat is still being sold for the same price on the rack. However, the return would not be accepted . This will be my last time going to red raider outfitter. I will prefer the matador or the on-campus bookstore now.

I went today trying to find a solution to an order I made online, and the staff was super helpful and able to solve my issue. Shoutout to the manager that helped me (I forgot to get her name but she was very helpful). Will definitely come again every time I’m in Lubbock!P.S. my new metal double T looks amazing behind my bar!

Found everything I needed at this location. I was guided here from the other store inside the mall. Super friendly at both locations. A lil expensive but well worth it!! Guns up??

Be CAREFUL when purchasing a sale item from Red Raider Outfitter!!!!I bought a shirt that was on sale for my wife online, and she picked the pink shade. When we got the shirt, the color was a way lighter pink than what was shown on the website, and it is see through.We took it to the store to exchange for another color and were told that all online sales are final and to call the internet number to see if they would allow a color exchange where I would have to pay the difference in price!The color of shirt did not match the online color, so there should be an even exchange for the misrepresentation in color.We called the internet number, and it goes to a voicemail every time. I left a message and will see if they call back.Be careful when buying a sales item especially if it’s as a gift for someone else! This policy comes up NOWHERE when you’re placing an order-you have to click “refund policy” to see this disclaimer.

This is a newer, larger location for them. We went in at opening time on a Wednesday morning. They have a lot of merchandise to select from.They had a large table with a new shirt to honor Mike Leach. There were no prices on the shirts, and I was unable to get anyone's attention. I was basically ignored.We walked around looking for some hoodies and found an employee who I was able to ask the price of the shirt I was looking at. The short sleeve as $29 and long sleeve was $39. This for a black shirt with a chest logo on the front only. Way too much and Mike Leach himself would not have paid that much.Anyway, we walked around, looked at more items and most of what we looked at did not have price tags. That usually tells you that is it overpriced.As I was walking around, there were 2 other customers in the section I was in, and both were greeted and had conversations with the male employee. that employee never said a word to me, never sought me out and just stood there doing nothing.I decided then it was time to leave. We did not purchase anything. If I go back, it will be to the other location, where the employees are friendly and helpful. I hope some training will be provided to the employees at this location.
