BEWARE OF RETURN POLICY!!!!! If it is a HOT TICKET ITEM which is NOT ADVERTISED AS HOT TICKET ITEM you WILL NOT be allowed to return, you will only be able to exchange and pay a difference. MAKE SURE BEFORE BEFORE YOU BUY IF YOU CAN RETURN. MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS NOT A HOT TICKET ITEM. Be careful here with your hard earned money. Ps. Manager said the notice is BEHIND the register and they are SUPPOSED TO VERBALLY TELL YOU. Unfortunately I was not told. Be careful out there folks!!!!!

do not i repeat do not go here!!!!! if you choose to go here beware that you may not return certain items even if you have a receipt ! beware that certain items that are but not marked as hot ticket items can not be returned. i was not aware of this. the notice is behind the register says the manager. the employee or the cashiers are supposed to notify you of this. ask before you buy if you can return your items!!!!! just wantedt to help others out by this. ps you can only exchange whithin that certain collection.

Service isn't bad, but you just set expectations very low. They have 4 locations, which is good, but not one of those locations has dressing rooms. I'd love to support local, but it speaks volumes that they care so little of their customers to even have dressing rooms. Who does that? Over 90% of their merchandise is clothing, and yet no dressing rooms. Stupid! And for all of the young people saying you should know what size you are, obviously since most of our clothing isn't even made in the USA, everything fits differently...and I'm a curvy girl (thank goodness) so I need try clothes on. They do have a great selection, but I can find most of the same items and be able to try in at The Matador! And the return/exchange policy is better there too. RRO return policy sucks! It's unfortunate but I'd rather buy my Ŧ gear elsewhere!!

If we are spending $300 for a few shirts and caps then I expect the staff to be friendly. They are not. Something didn’t fit so we returned it and you would have thought we ruined their day. My 5 year old had to potty, so I asked if they had a restroom and they said no. I’m guessing the staff must hold it their entire shift or walk to chick fil a the way I did when they have to pee. Thanks but no thanks. This place and their staff sucks worse than tech football team this year.

Fortunately my customer service experience wasn't as bad as most of the ones I've read here. I am originally from Lubbock and a Tech alumni. At the time we lived in Oregon. Yes I've tried many shirts on over my existing shirt, it is frustrating. However, one day we were in the store shopping and my husband picked up a $325 golf bag. He was trying to talk me into purchasing it because he really wanted me to have it. I kept telling him I didn't need it and wasn't sure I wanted it. He kept moving it to wherever I was in the store trying to encourage me to buy it. About three customer service clerks followed us around the whole time. Every time he moved an inch they moved an inch. It actually got hilarious because it was so obvious. I guess they thought we were just gonna walk out with the golf bag. Fortunately I decided not to buy the bag and they lost a $325 sale mainly because of their behavior. My husband makes $280K a year as a director at Nike and I guess they thought he looked like he was a homeless person.

I should have read the reviews before ordering online. Just know they will send you the wrong stuff, charge you for shirts not in stock, then put the responsibility of your refund on you to figure out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! "As shown in the pictures attached in the last email both shirts have been refunded back to your original form of payment. If you are still not seeing it back in your bank account then you need to contact your bank because on our end it has been refunded. As far as your experience goes we have tried to help you to the best of our ability even going as far as attaching screenshots showing the refund for the two shirts. "

I can see why they have so many negative reviews. Not very friendly. Over the years I've spent plenty of money at this place. I just try and support local businesses. Considering that sales are normally up when Tech wins big, I'd be a bit more courteous when Tech isn't doing so great. I'll leave it at that.
